There are five band . Andy Forbes (lead vocal, lead guitar), Mark Ambrose (acoustic and electric guitar), Tim Shelley (drums, vocals), Paul Young (Bass guitar, vocals), Mike Shelley (keyboards, occasional guitar, vocals, songwriter - for band development - and lyrics).

"As Intrigue, we have been developing our musical style for 40 years (and via some name changes along the way) from a pop-folk-rock combination in the mid-1970s, through a moderately successful new wave period in the 1980s (as Crowd Control), to the current sound, which is best described as indie-prog. The music is strong on songs and melody, but with plenty of space for experimentation and instrumentals. The foundation of our music is a Christian worldview, with a tendency to write at a tangent to the usual gospel approach and lyrics".
