NWN is great, maybe my favorite active underground metal label. Never had an issue ordering with them. All their LP reissues sound great and they typically have fantastic packaging with some extras thrown in as well. They are also very intentional about the albums they choose to reissue, which I love. You can tell Yosuke is a true underground metal maniac, not someone who's only in it for the money.

Aha I see my negative review was removed from the site by fans.
Notice how any criticism is met with deflection in the comments and reports to remove this review. Isn't that curious?

      - In late November 2023 I ordered a DLP internationally
      - 30th December, tracking showed the package had been stalled within the destination country for a couple of weeks

      - Here I first reached out to NWN for the first time
      - Got a reply the next day and was instructed to wait incase it would turn up

      - I waited 2 weeks and saw no progress on tracking, assuming the parcel was lost/return to sender
      - I ed again in January but didn't receive a reply (not even automated)
      - Waited another 10 days and reiterated the situation, hoping to discuss how to resolve the situation that was no fault of their own
      - By this time it has been 50 days since my order entered the country and over 23 days since last getting a reply from NWN

      - One week later at the end of January 2024 I opened a Paypal dispute,
      - 5 days later Paypal forces a reply out of NWN
      - He uses this opportunity to complain about the global mail system and how it's unfair there's no way to "win" these paypal claims, before pointing the finger at me for being an opportunist and telling me not to buy from them again

tl;dr They handled a missing order by ignoring me for several weeks, then cried when I exercised my consumer rights to force a refund.

'Honorable' is not a value they hold.

        I love this label.
Went for the Die-Hard versions, giving (besides the music)great packaging.Something you (almost) don't see anymore.
From the days you could order from the US at very reasonable prices.
NWN always shipped fast and reliable. Great label.

This label is very very good.
          Very honorable.
Very dedicated to and integrated into heavy metal art.
Very adept at fabricating deluxe editions of reissued material ov remarkable heavy metal merit.
Nuclear War Now! is an high-contrast imprint: it brings an epicurean discrimination to the once-occluded sewers of tape-traded early international extreme metal and it's ungoverned genre proliferations.
The artists, music and culture this imprint disseminates is filthy and satanic and deleterious but the packaging is menthol. I'm talking expert audiophile slabs for the holding cell p withdrawal.
When one stumbles upon latter day deluxe-packaging-abuse by slick pro metal imprints (I think of Century Media who seem to be peopled by those aged 55 like the weird older 'is that a wig?' types I used to bump into at the Rainbo Room on Sunset), when you're seduced by a "box set" scam which ends up revealing a single lonely (plastic sleev'd) CD knocking about inside some sort of obscene mass-produced Take-out Pizza Box, it is the publishing milestones of Konishi being aped cheaply; NWN!'s die-hard's die hard has ed on their big budget radar so the Avaricious Cyclops is cashing-in with hollow simulacra of the Archer's wares.
