New Zealand record company owned by Phil Warren and initially Bruce Henderson, an electrical retailer, it was incorporated in 1956 to license offshore catalogues. By 1958 it had NZ rights to Roulette, Clef, Verve and 17 other labels. Warren was still only 18.

Warren sold his shares to Henderson in 1959 and set up Prestige Records (N.Z.) Ltd., however, six months later he purchased 100% of the company back.

In 1960 Warren sold the company to Johnny Devlin catalogue.
