unfortunately have to echo what the previous review said: the radio edit, album version & extended album version are borderline unlistenable! sound very scratchy (don't know how else to describe it) as if a dirty needle is going through the grooves. same with History, unfortunately.

EXTREMELY poor audio quality of those tracks. The remixes are fine however.

This is the same release as the U.S. retail version, except it has the typical WEA "Promotional Use Only " gold stamp on the front insert.

This release marks the end of an era; it was the final Madonna single to be produced in Canada. For her final two Warner albums, Hard Candy and the best-of collection, Celebration, Warner Canada imported copies of the U.S. maxi-singles and stickered them with a green Distributed by Warner Canada / Special Import sticker on the front. This practice quickly came to an end as well following her final U.S. physical single, Revolver, which was also her final single for Warner. None of her Interscope singles have received physical releases in either Canada or the U.S.

Well, here we are again. Madonna's fourth single taken out of "Confessions On A Dance Floor", "Jump", is now out. An obvious tribute to the Pet Shop Boys ("West End Girls"), "Jump" is a bit slower than her predecessors: it's offered here in 2 versions, original and extended. Axwell delivers a very good Electro-House remix, bringing the track to the standards of "Hung Up", "Sorry" or "Get Together". No doubt it will be played to death. The Jacques Lu Cont and Junior Sanchez mixes are more Electro/Synth Pop flavoured for the 80's fanatics. The B-Side, "History", is conceived on the same basis, with a bonus vocoder for the choruses parts.
