Gary Wright – The Dream Weaver

I Have a Mint pressing with no numbers under BS 2868, this thing is loud and crisp. The Synths sound sweet with it way up.

This is an absolutely phenomenal album. It's a shame the cover scared off hard rockers.

Spectacular sounding CD remastering of this great album…quite possibly tops any vinyl pressing I’ve heard. Check it out if you get a chance.

Damn, this is a great demo record. I mean in general, this recording is very polished and smooth sounding but holy crap, this pressing sounds phenomenal!

Great remix/repress - pop and crackle free - sounds great - a little warped - the only thing that lets it down is the very cheap sleeve - thin with washed out colure.

Great record and soulful vocals from Gary Wright.....really cool footage online of live shows in the 70's....heavily modified Moogs with detached keys.....pretty cool and I personally have not see anyone else do this.
On my copy, the labels are wrong.....side 1 is list as side 2, etc--anyone else have this version or have any additional information?

A solid sounding edition of this interesting mid 70's sort of mainstreamtronica.

Lots of 70's keys/synth-heavy gems on this one. Can't Find the Judge is a burner (..despite the vocals...Sorry, Gary...). Let It Out and Power of Love are great. And Side B open with Dream Weaver, one of the great synth hits of the 70's. You've got two of the best studio drummers of the era (Newmark and Kellner), known for their funk and jazz chops. You've got David Foster before he totally went off a cliff. This is a sweet, underrated album in my opinion.

Dream Weaver is a timeless song that I can always enjoy. This album is filled with dreamy synths that sound insanely good, a well mixed album overall that really shines. Keyboards drive this entire album and it works well.

The copy I have is a more recent pressing bought in the mid 80s. But still a Jacksonville pressing. Label is still the "Burbank" style, but track listing and credits are in different layout with more information. The label only lists the regular catalog number with no sub-number under it. No barcode on back. Inner sleeve is a poly bag with a grid of WB logos all over both sides.
