Just put this on to see if enough time has past to make this playable again. After all, from the minimal millennial days this was probably the track people got most sick of out of them all. It was EVERYWHERE. And it's one of those tracks that sounds extreme fun when you first hear it but you get sick of very quickly.
Anyway, my conclusion: Not, not nearly enough. Maybe another 18 years. Keep stored until then! -
Great fun record with the use of the Cumbia Cienaguera sample... Falls into the same party camp as Gym &Tonic, satisfaction, Benny Benassi, Detroit, Freddie Le Grand, Azzido da bass dooms night, you get the idea 😊

I that Sven Väth played this one in a live set way before the track was a hit. Some said that, whatever it was, it was not "worthy" being played by Väth, 'cause it was deemed too commercial. The day after his performance, a short video taken with a cell phone was all that was available online at that moment and everyone tried to figure out who/what it was. Of course within a day or two it was all over the net. A great banger for sundrenched live festivals, puts a smile on everyone's face.
