Great live record like the old bands used to do, back when music mattered. Beyond all the butthurt about lawsuits and this or that one of the nameless ghouls that were your favorite being gone, and all the other annoying things that the fandom of this band has become, there is still great music! I'm glad there is finally a live album out there from THE live band to see right now.

Edited 7 years agoThe huge problem with this release is that everyone is so reliant on the click track to make sure that Tobias has his backing track for the harmonies that it takes away from any kind of live feel. "Ghuleh/Zombie Queen" and "Year Zero" is a testament to it all. If the "band" could just play without the goddamn click to feel alive, maybe the whole stage show could come alive for the people that weren't there screaming that they like to "drink blood." I love this band in album form, but this approach needs to go.
