It seems Mr. Van had a really creative ambient side to his psychedelic doppelganger Brainticket and the 2 Meditation album where proof of his sonic wizardry. This one in particular the opener Group Meditation is for fans of early Steven Halpern & Iasos. Music here is as expected quiet pastoral full of warm ARP synths, Rhodes etc. Superb stuff to chill, meditative, smoke a fat one whilst Joel provides and atmosphere. I highly recommend the box set Purple Pyramid/Cleopatra released years ago theres so much substance in the music Joel made for these libraries you will never be left high and dry. -
A Masterpiece of ambient music. Incredible shifting textures and soundscapes take the listener on a sumptuous trip. A must-have for anyone looking to journey through further dimensions!
