Funny story that I got this record visiting the ghostbusters firehouse. He was an actor in the original ghostbusters movie.

What's up with the "novelty" tag? This is an awesome double sider of genuine outsider psych by a true visionary. "Nobody Knows" was originally recorded by The Chiffons back in '65 and is pretty standard girl group fare, but Friedland's own version is undoubtedly the definitive take of the song with imioned, stalkerish vocals like those of a runaway mental patient complete with eerie echo effects. "King of Fuh" is the stuff of legends; the famously axed single on Apple Records. It's a good song even after the initial amusement over the wacky lyrics has faded away. Quality pressing, too.
