Still blows my mind we got a new mbv album at all, but the fact they’re still THIS good is even better. Not loveless tier, but it’s not really trying to be and it’s the better for it. Love the full range on display here, truly beautiful dynamics in this pressing too.

This album is absolutely gorgeous, and a little underrated compared to Loveless in my opinion. I'm surprised how much less expensive this album is compared to Loveless for what a great album it is, but I guess it's because it's just less popular. The sound is clean and dreamy, and the set of art prints that comes with the album are a nice touch as well. I don't really know what to do with them tbh, so I keep them in the plastic pouch inside the sleeve.

This. Sounds. Incredible. This is the cleanest record I own. Period. I am so thankful that Kevin and co. are ultra-anal sonic perfectionists and actually oversaw the entire process. And that I just bought the deluxe all-analog version for only $31 and along with another record for $10 shipping — well-packaged — and I got it in 3 days.

My copy had an unbelievable amount of static charge drawing dust from all around to it when I first got it but after a good cleaning this pressing is absolutely majestic. Packaging is super nice and glossy, prints are really pretty and the vinyl feels super heavyweight and tough, and the sound is so clear and three dimensional. I feel completely lost in the world of this album while spinning the vinyl, I rarely say this but this pressing sounds way better than any digital version of the album. Super detailed and beautiful, I can almost see the colors of the music. Hearing this on vinyl is just an experience. One of the best sounding records I’ve ever heard.

Jesus what a pressing. Everything sounds clear and blends together in such a melodic and hypnotizing way. The low end is really good. Highly recommend it

What a stunner! Dead quiet pressing. Audio is beautiful and produces a transcendental listening experience. Blissed out.

This pressing is nearly immaculate - only gripe with mine is there's a persistent tick on the A4, but the rest plays perfect. No centering or warping issues. The gatefold is one of the best I've ever seen and the printed art is a nice touch. Shields and company did a great job mastering this for vinyl.
