Flat quiet (in a good way) translucent yellow wax. Heavy stock inner sleeves and a sturdy gatefold. The quality lithograph is a nice touch. This sounds just like my older copy only without the crackles and more clarity all around.

It’s a great collection songs, nicely packaged and the yellow vinyl looks great.
I have a reasonable system (Rega P3 with Ania cart, ifi Phono, Marantz amp through Linton speakers) but my copy, although quiet, does not excite me. Maybe it just needs to be played loud…

Fantastic pressing. Silent and flat. Dynamics compare well with other/earlier versions of the material so no complaints there.

Very good pressing. You have to have a good sound system!

This pressing is horrible! I have cleaned this multiple times and there is still ticks and pops. Can’t seem to get rid of the noise. This is a growing trend with me buying colored vinyl. I would not recommend this and defiantly not worth the money spent. Mehh.

I have an original U.S. first pressing. This sounds about the same, but it's cut at a lower level. It benefits from being played loud in either case. The Stones must be cranked up!

Excellent repress, nice yellow vinyl, plays well, nice insert! I love it

Oh man does this sound bad.....it looked promising with the Bob Ludwig Mastering but it sounds flat, compressed and the vinyl itself is noisy. Bummer. Nice packaging though, but not worth it unfortunately. I am getting used to the RTIs and Analogue Productions of this world.

Should have included the “alternate versions” of wild horses and brown sugar, just cause of the history of this release. Perhaps on a 7”, as a bonus.

Agree with comments that could be more dynamic but the pressing is so goddam quiet that it can be enjoyed at volume with no audible noise or flaws
