Edited 9 months agoOn my 2nd copy of this because I have really loud static in the right channel during side 1. I've made absolutely sure it's not my setup, all my other stuff plays fine. I have the recent repress of Kid A as well and that plays perfectly so perhaps I'm just unlucky.
EDIT: 2nd copy sounds a little bit better but it's still not amazing. Still, I'm happy enough with it. -
Really nice pressing and remaster. Returned red discs Kid Amnesia and and got this instead. Is there a comparable Kid A?

Edited one year agoMy Radiohead 45’s (Hail to the thief) and this are phenomenal. Really nice pressings. This copy of amnesiac is really great. The sound separation and presence of this record is stellar. Also clean out of the box and very little to no surface noise. Highly recommend. -
Sound is stellar. I can’t seem to escape edge warps with radiohead records though, thankfully it doesn’t affect the sound on this one. -

Excellent 2023 45RPM repress, my copy is very clean and quiet. As others mentioned before, I also prefer it to the 2016 version which was a bit cracky even after cleaning. -
My copy is super quiet although disk one is slightly warped and disk two is slightly off center, but nothing bad enough to affect the sound or playability.

New 2023 GZ repress which appears to use the stampers from the first run of 2016 pressings (CHRISTIAN @ ABBEY ROAD).
It's nice to have a proper repress without errors/misprints on the jacket and the vinyl is nice and clean! I actually prefer it to the "Printed in the NA" 2016 release because that one had some nasty grinding noises at the very end of Side One. That one is still superb overall but this one has the edge.
