Edited 7 years agoI can see no mention of the 'UK' edition of this picture disc whereby UK EMI imported the french release and stuck a UK cat # {SHSPP4097} sticker over the french one. These were available in selected UK outlets and either may have been unsold french copies or pressed up as extra stock specifically for the UK market and they also sent out 'promotional' (review) copies of the same by placing another sticker 'Factory sample not for sale' on the back cover. The pressing of these was very variable and not up to later picture disc standards having picture faults on either or both sides and the sound quality typical of early LP picture disc whereby some companies put a disclaimer stating that the sound quality was not up to the standard of a normal vinyl pressing.
