Discovered this album last month during my trip to New Zealand. On my second day (21st of Feb) I looked up if any electronic gigs were on. I found out that the Alix Perez - Entanglements Album Launch 2 hour set was happening that same night, a 20 minute walk from my hotel in Auckland.
Well it ended up being one of my top live DnB experiences. This album was part of my soundtrack for the car ride from Auckland to Lake Taupo and the vibe was really something special. A month on now, many listens later, and it's easily my favourite 2024 album. -
Kicking myself in the ass for not buying a copy when the pre order dropped. I knew the album was gonna be great but I wasn’t expecting it to be this outstanding!

This is running out fast impossible to get under 80$ here and no plans to repress anytime soon according to 1985. Something's you just got to pay for - much like Calibre - Second Sun has never been cheap. It wasn't grabbing to start but intuitively knew I had to persevere. Fuck it I'm grabbing two -
