Was so excited to get this. The jacket is nice quality and looks beautiful. Got the vinyl out of the sleeve and I was immediately gutted. It had some SERIOUS scratches in several places on both sides! Even a bit of a gouge in one spot. It had to have been damaged at the record pressing plant, because the jacket was flawless! Where’s the quality control at the pressing plant? The sound, between all the scratches, sounds pretty remarkable. I enjoyed hearing these songs played with different variations, extended solos, etc. from the original Debut release!
So… now I roll the dice, buy a 2nd copy and wish for a better result. Because I REALLY want a clean copy of this. -
Nice, embossed jacket, vinyl is nice and heavy - must be 180 gram - with a nice audiophile inner sleeve. Vinyl is nice and quiet - didn't need a cleaning at all. Songs are actual demos, and they sound great. A high-quality product all around.

Clear and crisp, with nice stereo spread and distinct separation between the instruments! A solid pressing.

I'm hesitant to pull the trigger on this as I've got the newly released Queen I. And the price seems excessive for 5 demos. FOMO and my completist mentality are trying to win the argument.

Edited one month ago$35 for 5 songs is an insanely hefty and expensive price. Very very pricey. Very bummed :(

Edited one month agoSolid release. Embossed cover is a nice touch. My copy plays quietly; very pleasant listening experience. Satisfied!
