My copy of this has the same barcode and run outs however the label is black that transitions to blue and a rainbow epic font and I can see a stamped F in the runouts. I can’t find a different listing that matches this. -
I have a nice clean press and this album is outstanding. Great sound stage. Sounds warmer and richer than the Analog Productions SRV. -
Fabulous record, with clarity, soundstage width and enormous punch from the unique amalgamation of instruments. -
My copy of this release is on mostly flat and quiet vinyl with only slight surface noise and the rare pop (not cleaned). The soundstage is very big and the vocals are way out front along with the Stevie's guitar. There's a fair amount of mid and high end detail but the drums are a bit muddled. Low frequencies are thin on some tracks and overly heavy on others. Still, musically this is an amazing album. Great guitar tone and plenty of volume. It's not perfect, but it's blues and it's real. I definitely recommend. (Rega Planar 3, Exact 2 cart, PSE Studio SL, Linn LK85, Linn interconnects, Linn Katans)
