Anyone else have a copy that is very similar to this but with "H" stamped in the runouts of all sides? Or do you know which pressing I may have? I can't find any release page for my copy... but this is the one that most closely matches the labels
-
I have a this NM pressing and the deluxe SACD …. This pressing is stellar, incredible, since this is 50+ something years old!

I have to agree with the comments here about the original Decca pressings. I have 3 or 4 different Decca pressings and really, even with only a VG looking copy on a decent turntable, the sound is really remarkable. I have seen UK originals and Classic Records versions go for 600 USD and more, and everyone can get a very nice copy for 20 USD or less if they give it a try.

I’ve just got one copy of this pressing and it’s absolutely a “WOW” sounding version. I really recommend it. I don’t know how these 1/2 speed sound but I suppose that it would hardly beat this pressing.
-
I have a clean copy of this and I was utterly blown away when I listened to it for the first time. If you're able to get a clean cheap copy of this press, do it. You won't be disappointed. It sounds fantastic!
-
Ten to fifteen dollars for vg+ vinyl. Great value for this piece of rock history! My copy was graded vg+ and sounds rich and clean. Booklet with lyrics completes the package

Edited 4 years agoPicked up a stack of used vinyl yesterday, and this 50 year old slab of wax is the one that really shines through! Super quiet and excellent, lively, dynamic sounding. I have the other two versions (movie soundtrack and LSO live staged version) so happy to finally have a copy of the original. I do miss Ann Margaret and Tina Turner though!

My copy of this version has sides 2 and 3 on one disc and sides 1 and 4 on another. The songs correspond with the sides as labelled
