Reviews
-
Any significant difference between this one and the latest repress (which is still being sold sealed in shops and record stores)?
-
Great set of lp's with nicely designed artwork and photos. I found the sleeve a bit flimsy though. Mine split down the spine quite badly even though I've hardly played the album.
Vinyl's seems too heavy for the card or something. Might have been better in a box maybe.
-
Wonderfully disturbing album. The remaster cleans the sound in a good way as the noise is more discernible. The pressing is great.
-
Absolutely awesome! the bonus stuff isn't great but it's interesting if you've never heard it. The artwork looks great blownup on vinyl and the center labels on all 3 lps are nice.

Edited 10 years agoI didn't think this pressing was very impressive. The Euro remastered Nirvana albums all seem to be done quite poorly. I don't know what the US ones sound like but I'll stick to the original mixes and pressings for now. These remasters are all a bit open, lacking treble maybe? It looses the grunge feeling.
