My German copy N0081 bought in 1988 has a different inner sleeve printed on one side only and a double sided insert titled The Noise Report 1

My copy is like yours, only the Noise adverts on one side - other side is white
Another question: on the back of the cover (top right corner) there is a SPV code (08-4438) for a CD version. Was it a mistake print or just a planned release that never saw the light of day? -
My copy hasn't the collage printed in the other side of the inner sleeve. Only the NOISE adverts. The matrix runout is the same. Anyone? -
