    a year ago i wandered into a record store and flipped through the 'just arrived'. this was in there for $20. (TWENTY!!) it's now one of the crown jewels in my record collection and i'm damn happy to have it.

    per the weenies on about the possible nazi propaganda....lemmy said on many occasions he detested the nazis. but he was also a major history buff, primarily WW2, so it makes sense. Quick crying and start rocking. or continue crying and read up on shit before making yourself look like an ass.

      Don't know why the style of Heavy Metal and Punk has been added to this release. It's certainly not Heavy Metal, nor punk rock. Lemmy hated that the band was called a Heavy Metal band. When it comes to the style of punk, it was the journalists who came up with the term hard rock/punk crossover.

        My copy has :
        Matrix / Runout (Runout Groove Side A, etched): WIK-2-A-1 D or B??
        Matrix / Runout (Runout Groove Side B, etched): WIK-2-B-1 A or V ??..
        Track listing:
        1) It reads "kilminster" (instead of "kilmister");
        2) It reads "viborator" (instead of "vibrator");
        3) It reads "train kept a rollin' " (instead of "the train kept a rollin' ").
        I have to sell this record but I don't know what the version is. The cover is black and white

          Know what? There must be existing thousands and thousands of Buddha-statues all over the world with a swastika on their forehead... why? It's a very old symbol, already existing thousands of years before any Nazis.
          And in the old meaning, it doesn't represent any evil - the opposite is true.
          Get up your rear-end and read something...

            As a motorhead fan, I am disappointed. I know they were not Nazis but using that symbol is just pathetic. It really stands for a terrible time in human history and even today it evokes extreme revulsion and sadness in the Jewish community. Surely we are better than this.

              Looking for the LP record sleeve/insert. If someone wants to sell it, just let me know!

                There is nothing to "research" concerning the Swastika, you just click on the image of the sleeve above and look at the horned thing. The iron cross is hanging from the chain on the lower right. The Swastika is on the middle spike of the forehead. This is not rocket science.

                  I just researched this "swastika" controversy.
                  As stated by several others in the comments section, the symbol is an iron cross. This symbol has been used for hundreds of years. It has no relation to nazism. A MOTORHEAD is someone that is into motorcycles, cars, trucks and the mechanics there of. The iron cross is the bikers symbol of freedom and rebellion. Stop it sissys!!!!

                    Although I like Motorhead and also the first record, I got rid of the album a long time ago, when I noticed the swastika in the helmet. I never bought the record again, because of that. Maybe it is edgy, and maybe some people don't care, but I do. It's a shame Lemmy en co. didn't choose something else to be edgy.

                      I don't know which version this is, but mine is white vinyl, with the cover and disc signed by the Lemmy, Philthy and Fast Eddie. (I was shocked when Lemmy pulled the record out of its cover and signed it - it must have been a felt marker of some sort, as the record still plays ok)
