Notes
This release is near identical to GZ Digital Media and so doesn't display their stamped five-digit job number in the runouts, and (ii) it is a heavyweight pressing.
A sticker is fixed to the sleeve and reads: Britain's best female artist Brit Awards 2007 Includes the singles Rehab, You No I'm No Good, Back To Black and Tears Dry On Their Own 173 412 8.
The cardboard thickness of the original inner is thinner (lighter) than the one issued with the 2009 repress Amy Winehouse - Back To Black.
"This album is dedicated to my Nan Cynthie, god rest her soul. I love you Nan. Don't stop paying me visits while I'm asleep.
And for anyone who falls in love every day."

My copy is great, it is very quiet with no surface noise. Very slight noise between songs but barely noticeable. Overall great quality sound especially vocals.
-
Another very positive comment in favor of this release. As others have already stated, my copy also has no pressing default and plays great.
Very happy with my purchase! -
I’m surprised that so many seem to have got defect copies of this pressing. My pressing is perfect and sounds great. I agree with DistriSaturn; great dynamics, very powerful clear sound and great bass as well. This is as good as it gets.
Played on this vinyl rig:
Michell Orbe SE, SME IV tonearm, Benz Micro LP and ARC PH5 phono stage. -
Just bought this Optimal Media pressing in a second hand record store (not sealed and used) with its release sticker. Great dynamics, no surface noises, no pressing default. A very powerful and clear sound. Very happy with my purchase and I don't understand the bad reviews below.
-
Awful pressing ! I bought it new and i cleaned it like all my vinyls after a disastrous first listening. Result : exactly the same, every second half on both sides is unlistenable ! I so regret buying it, it's theft, the worst pressing i've heard in my life. Of course it's digital not analog.
-
BEWARE of sellers that sell reissues as original pressings. If it’s sealed it’s 99% a reissue. They all look exactly the same but for the runout info, ask for it before buying.
-
My copy is fantastic. Quiet vinyl and dynamic sound. All new vinyl has to be properly cleaned to get the best sound.
-
Nothing wrong with my pressing.
I always clean my new records with antistat liquid before using the LP. Because when i unpack a new LP and play it right away the LP is very static and even sticks to my cork slipmat and attracts lots of dust.
Since i do this i never have problems with distorted sound, sticking slipmat and dust..
I think thats what the people are experiencing when i read the reviews..
Hope this can help some people before getting frustrated and maby throw away a good vinyl.. -
