Edited one year agoThe quality of this pressing is extremely poor. I've played it on a number of high end setups and the flaws are present at each listening. I bought it brand new, and like every pressing I have from XL records, I'm extremely disappointed with the quality. This groundbreaking album deserves nothing less than a 180g pressing from a company that's not interested in creating novelty vinyl that people can frame and put on the wall. It's a tragedy this is the only version we get.

Great pressing. Record is almost flat. No ticks, pops nor clicks. No sibilance. A faint surface noise is present at the beginning of each side. The sound stage is wide and the signal to noise ratio is quite high. The bass sounds especially realistic. Recommended.

Best Ratatat Album by far!!! After hearing Montanita and loud pipes, I was hooked. Wildcat was my anthem at Penn State University. The gold sheen on the vinyl cover is delightful.
