Notes

This version has labels with Roman/Arabic disc numbering on labels (1, 11), and the matrix on the right of the spindle hole is center-justified.
It has prominent text at the bottom of back sleeve: MUSIC FROM THE FILM COURTESY MGM RECORD CORPORATION.
It has a pressing ring about 2.75" in diameter, and contains both Sonic Recording Products, Inc. markers in the runouts. The absence of Sonic catalog numbers from all sides (K-####) in the etchings makes it most likely that Sonic provided the metalwork and that ARP actually pressed the discs.

Some similar versions are:
Isaac Hayes - Shaft has labels as above but a narrower pressing ring about 1.5" in diameter.
