Edited one year agoThe band's creativity has its own separate powerful spirit, which consists of Martin Van Drunen's unique vocals and the musical structures of the canonical European school of Death Metal. Asphyx is one of the best reunion bands on the death metal scene. Each album is a self-confident and unshakable armor-piercing combat unit. These men have plenty of gunpowder!
Attacking fast tracks and slowly grinding things are unanimous, appropriate and pleasant to the ear. It's fair to say that the band has their own formula of music, which they make better from album to album. And Incoming Death is 666% the same Asphyx that the world wants to hear. Balanced high-quality recording, rich sound, excellent artwork in the spirit of old horror films.
The vinyl press from Century Media, as in many cases, makes a positive impression: colorful gatefold, huge poster, heavy vinyl with impeccable sound quality and DR12. A worthy album from a respectable band with a high level of realisation. Must have!
