Edited 19 days agoBridging the gap between indie rock and dance as only the Chemicals could on this bittersweet big beat belter that featured Tim Burgess on main vocals. The excellent drums were created from '60s percussion sampled from the Donovan B-side "Got Myself A Good Man".
It was accompanied by several remixes, but perhaps the best one appeared several years later on their greatest hits bonus disc as a track called "Delik". Despite reaching #25 in the UK singles chart, it curiously doesn't appear on either of the Chemicals' best of comps. (8) -
