• All items are visual or play graded. Please be informed that we are used to check out and play ALL records (except the sealed items that we are not responsible for any factory damage) prior to availability confirmation and shipment.
• Bear in mind that we keep video and pictures of every item we ship, so please do not waste our time (and yours too) by claiming PayPal refunds for non-existent reasons.
• If your parcel arrives damaged please take pictures before you open it to prove its been damaged in the shipping process.
• Because we ship our vinyls the way we received them from the labels, if you want us to place the vinyl outside of the sleeve please inform us accordingly.
• All the items are available for immediate purchase.
But, due to the fact, that we also sell on some other sites it may be possible that an item is still listed for sale although it has already sold a short time ago. In this case we inform you as soon as possible.
• We are closed on Saturday & Sunday so we do not respond on messages or orders.

• We ship by ed shipping because it is safer since it includes a tracking number.

Due to the new Discogs and PayPal collaboration, when dealing with orders that have been paid for but need a refund, PayPal keeps its fees from our end. To avoid that, please make sure that you've placed the correct order before paying for it. If for some reason and by mistake of the customer we need to make a refund, we will ask for the amount of the PayPal fees back.
Obviously, if the problem stems from our side (we don't have the record anymore / the record is not in the correct condition) you will not be asked to pay for anything and will receive your refund without problems.

• We have really good shipping rates for orders more than 2kg. The price depends on destination country so feel free to ask.
