For 2-CD plastic jewel cases, and other replaceable, but harder to find cases, a condition notation will usually be in the item description. That said, unless the specific item description states otherwise, you should still receive a functional/non-broken CD-jewel or cassette case, but it may have some scuffing or show other signs of use.
