I take pictures of items before they are sent out, so I know what was sent out and what the condition was when it was sent. All media above 50 dollars is insured with shipping insurance which is reflected in shipping costs. If a package is damaged by USPS, please take pictures and send them to me so I can be reimbursed by making a claim with the post office. If an LP arrives in a different condition (grade) than what was stated, it is mandatory that the buyer provide the seller with pictures of the discrepancy.

I understand the grading system and I grade conservatively so there should be no reason for a complaint. Items that are graded as VG+ have been played before and are not perfect. Buyers should expect wear to the sleeve and vinyl of items with this grade, even though it may be minimal. Items graded as VG have wear that creates surface noise at times during playback, and may have scratches that cause ticks during playback. Items graded as G or G+ play with surface noise during the entirety of playback.
