Note for International Buyers
For customs purposes, all items will be declared at closing price. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. I do not reduce the value on customs forms as it is against Discogs policy and is considered customs fraud. Customs delay would be expected on high priced items where taxes may be due upon package release in certain countries. Most countries import taxes are included and paid for with your final payment. A shipping receipt documenting all import fees are paid will be included and affixed to the exterior of the package.

GRADING
My inventory still has items that are in the process of being revisited for regrade, due to novice grading skills during my first year or two tart here in the DMP. Therefore, any grading discrepancy will be be brought to your attention before shipping. I normally give the option of a partial refund or additional credit towards the addition of an extra bonus item. Whichever the case, I strive to bring our experience to a happy outcome for both of us.

- MINT - **Exclusive to sealed items**
All sealed records are considered Mint and sold "as is" in consideration to unknown pressing/variant. I only accept returns on unopened, fully sealed records. Although I strive for accuracy, the rare occasion that the exact version on your order inside the seal could be slightly different. Communication is key when it comes to knowing if the sealed record I listed is the exact variant you desire. If you don't express concerns about which exact pressing/variant you want, then all sales will be considered final after it is shipped. Buyer is responsible for all costs and materials needed for return shipping in this case.

- NEAR MINT
New items that are unsealed, unplayed and purchased direct from a distributor, pressing plant, record label, artist, or other sources known to commonly hold untouched stock.

- VERY GOOD PLUS
Items that still look or sound new. No background noise, pops, clicks, etc. whatsoever. The slightest bit of crackle or more than one spindel marks will automatically knock this grade down to a VG.

- STRONG VERY GOOD
Some surface lines that do not affect play (DNAP), light background noise in some areas, especially on the start up due to edge wear. but will taper off fairly quick and play quietly for most of the time.

- SOLID VERY GOOD
Will look excellent in low lighting, but actually looks used under a strong light. May have more prominent edge wear along outer lip that cause lots of noise, but mostly disappears when the music begins and is gone before the bass kicks and your mix begins.

- VERY GOOD
Looks more used than a solid VG and has light background noise throughout that doesn't overpower the music.

- GOOD PLUS
Very noticeable scratches, surface lines, and background noise that overpowers the music by at least 50%.

- GOOD/FAIR/POOR
Items that look like they were scraped against concrete while NM looking records can fall under this grading that contain a skip or warp that jumps the needle.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
I appreciate selling records and having repeat customers. If you have questions regarding any item, please feel free to me. Unless I am busy with orders and weekend gigs, questions are generally answered within 1-4 business days.

All orders are re-inspected for grading errors or defects before shipping. Unsealed, one-of-a-kind records are normally recorded, for I have taken an oath to be a responsible curator of music, central towards the preservation of HQ music.

I strive to describe items with the highest level of accuracy. If any issues arise, I will be happy to work with you to insure overall satisfaction. Please me first to try to seek a resolution before escalating the matter.

During times where high living costs run rampant, I must refuse orders that do not total over $20.00 to keep up with inflation.
