PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND GRADING
Above all, I follow Discogs’ grading standards, but I take care to evaluate all media and artwork carefully and provide additional details when appropriate. I welcome your questions about anything important to you. I have found many time that the Matrix on an item is very similar to that provided by Discogs. If a Matrix number does not match, I will try and state the case in the notes. Please me if the Matrix number is important for your purchase. I will attempt to clarify so there is no misunderstanding of what the correct Matric number should be. And I can always provide additional photos upon request. My overall approach is to grade conservatively so that you are never disappointed.
I test/play vinyl and CDs before I list them, and just before I ship, and do my best to identify scratches and wear.
I don’t grade CD cases, but I will note unusual defects or damage. A case is sometimes original (I don’t typically replace them), but you should not assume it is.
