WE ONLY SHIP MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS, if this doesn't suit your own schedule, please don't order, and we will not penalise you if you'd like to cancel after the fact.

*POSTAGE INCREASE* Sadly, Royal Mail, in their infinite wisdom, have chosen to hike postage prices by 20%. Unfortunately, we cannot afford to absorb this, so we are forced to increase our postage rates across the board. Out of our hands.

UK Postage - 7"s:
1 = £6.00 and then 0.50p for each additional item

UK Postage - LPs / 12"s:
1-5 = £7.50 and then 0.50p for each additional item

EU Postage - 7"/s:
1 = £18.00 + 0.50p for each additional item

EU Postage - LP / 12"s:
1 = £23.00 + £1 for each extra item.

Rest Of The World Postage 7"/s:
1/2 = £16.00 and then an additional £1 for each extra item.

Rest Of The World - 1 x LP/s / 12"/s = £24.00 for the first item and £2 increments for each extra item.

CDs/cassettes priced as LPs as their variable thickness affecting postal costs. Let me know if the amount seems high and I can check and re-invoice.

*****INNERS/INSERTS*******
Don't presume that we know what should be inserted into an LP, or whether it should have a printed inner sleeve. It's not always specified in the listing, or illustrated in the photos, and even if it is - we might not have spotted it. If it's not mentioned in the condition notes on the sale page you can presume it's not there. Or just ask us to check. What you can't do is complain afterwards that a slip of paper with a code or sticker or specific poly-lined inner that we have no idea should be there, isn't.

AFRICA, RUSSIA, CHINA, , SOUTH AMERICA, ISRAEL, TAIWAN, INDONESIA, FORMER USSR COUNTRIES

Always happy to combine shipping - just ask and we'll let you know the extra increments on both Domestic and International postage . No hidden charges here! The postage charge covers the brand-new packaging we use (2 stiffeners and a cruciform mailer as standard), as well as the time and work spent packing/posting. We can assure you that none of the charge goes towards profits.

***REFUNDS/RETURNS***
Paypal's latest rip-off is that it keeps the fees it has taken when money is refunded. This means we lose money when we refund - which is OK when it's our fault but when it's not we will be refunding items MINUS the fees. This includes but is not limited to:
- If you pay for an order and then ask for it to be cancelled
- Merged orders where you haven't waited for me to re-invoice for the combined postage
- Returns for items where you haven't read the condition or condition notes
- Records destined for our blocked countries - even when they go through UK forwarding centres
- If items are returned to us because of non-collection or incorrect addressing (in this case, postage is also retained and only the item will be refunded)
