**Processing Time & Shipping**
Once payment is received, orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends) with a tracking number.
We work with the following carriers:

We track each parcel daily to act swiftly in case of delivery issues.

**Grading**
We grade most records **VG+** by default (unless otherwise specified). Many may actually be **NM**, but we prefer conservative grading to avoid disputes.

**Quality & Packaging**
All second-hand vinyl records are fully listened to and cleaned using ultrasonic technology (40 / 80 / 120 kHz).
Each record comes in a protective plastic sleeve and is carefully packaged with custom materials and extra protection.
Records are shipped **outside the sleeve** to avoid seam splits.
New records are **opened and inspected** before shipping.

Upon request, we can provide **photos or videos** of the record, labels, sleeve, and packaging (Side A & B), sent directly to your email.
