We ship all our orders between Tuesdays and Fridays. The following shipping times apply after that:
Sweden: 1-3 business days with DHL Standard
European Union: 3-5 business days with DHL Standard
UK: 3-7 business days with Postnord Standard
USA & Canada: 5-10 business days with Postnord Standard
Japan: 5-10 business days with Postnord Standard
The buyer is responsible for any customs handling fees and VAT if it would apply to orders outside of EU.
Refund Policy & Money Back Guarantee:
We put a lot of effort and always do our outmost to grade our items correctly and mention any noticeable issues in the comment section. However, since we are only humans, we may sometime miss some minor defects unfortunately. In case of wrong grading, we do offer money back guarantee and we also pay the return shipping given that you us within three days after delivery notice. Please use the original packaging for the return.

Gradings:
We always do our best in trying to explain the condition of the records that we sell by following the guidelines set by The Goldmine Standard. But since VG+ is quite a wide scale we have chosen to divide VG+ into four sub-gradings as follows: Lower end of VG+, VG+, Higher end of VG+, EX. So if you buy a record that we have graded as being in the lower end of VG+, expect a record that is close to VG. And if you buy a record that we have graded EX, expect an excellent record that is close to NM.
When we grade the sleeve condition of a CD we grade the booklet and insert, not the jewel case.
Prices:
All our prizes are final except for those items that has Make An Offer enabled. And since we are a Business seller it is not possible for us to change any values on custom declarations.
Photos:
Please understand that running a record store takes a lot of time and that records might not always be put back in the correct place. We do offer to send photos of our more expensive items and in special cases. Please don't ask for photos of any item below 250SEK. If there are any noticeable issues we will do our best to describe these in the comment section. Thank you
