- Buyer pays for shipping, VAT, and any customs fees.
- Once we hand over the package to Swiss Post, it’s out of our hands—we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. If in doubt, choose tracked shipping—it costs a bit more, but it’s worth it.
- We only ship via Swiss Post—no couriers, no alternative services.

Communication & Processing Time:
- We do our best to respond as soon as possible, but sometimes life gets in the way—thanks for your patience.
- Shipping happens within three days after payment has cleared.
- We’ll keep you updated when your parcel is packed and shipped.

Grading & What You Can Expect:
- We grade conservatively—better to be pleasantly surprised than disappointed.
- Need extra details or pictures? Just ask before buying, we’re happy to help.

Payments & Returns:
- PayPal only. Payment is expected within X days of purchase.
- No returns unless there’s a serious issue we somehow missed—let’s keep it fair.

For Swiss Buyers:
- If you're in Switzerland, we offer a pickup option in Zurich. The full address will be provided after payment.
- Swiss buyers can also pay via TWINT, to be arranged in chat.

- US and Canada: from 40 CHF
- Rest of the world: from 45 CHF
