Automatic Cancellation Policy: Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 4 days. If we determine the order to have been placed by a fictitious or hacked , we may cancel orders where no payment has been received sooner than 4 days. If this happens to you in error, please communicate with us so we can resolve the issue.

PAYMENT: We accept payment through PAYPAL only. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT IN DISCOGS BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. WE SHIP USING THIS ADDRESS ONLY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS BEING MISDELIVERED IF THE ADDRESS ON YOUR DISCOGS IS INCORRECT AND/OR NOT THE ADDRESS YOU WISH TO HAVE YOUR ORDER DELIVERED TO. PLEASE MESSAGE US IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS OR NEEDS.

US CUSTOMERS: We only ship via USPS Media Mail. The default shipping option is for LPs/EPs/7" vinyl records. If you are only purchasing CDs, DVDs and/or cassette tapes, please select the Economy shipping option for a lower shipping rate. Individual items that are listed for $200 or more are automatically subject to a USPS shipping insurance fee at the buyer's expense. We will notify buyer if this applies.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF US: Sorry, but we are currently only shipping orders to addresses within the United States. We hope to begin shipping to international addresses in the near future.

We ship packages Mon-Fri except holidays. We are a small team also running a physical shop, so please allow up to a few days for the item to be mailed once payment has been received. As soon as the item is shipped you will receive a tracking number. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

New sealed items will be shipped as is. If you would like the vinyl/contents to be removed and shipped outside of the cover, please provide these instructions when you place your order. Unsealed items will be shipped with the vinyl outside of the cover to avoid seam splits. We use sturdy cardboard mailers made specifically for mailing vinyl records/other media and pack items with extra care. If you encounter any issues with the condition of the package when it arrives, please let us know and we will address the problem.

LOCAL CUSTOMERS: We accommodate local pick up at our store located at 409 Pacific Ave Suite 204, Bremerton, WA 98337. If you would like to pick up your order in-person please select that option and/or state so in the notes. Please note: We update our inventory only a few times per day. When an item is ordered from here (Discogs) that is also available for sale at our physical location, the item(s) will be pulled from the sales floor immediately. Sometimes there is a chance we will sell an item at our physical location that is also listed here, and the item will be ordered from here before we are able to update our Discogs listings. If this happens with an item you place an order for, we will notify you in a timely manner and take the necessary steps to update your order and process a refund if applicable for items no longer available.

Sales tax is automatically applied where applicable.
