The cheapest way to send it would be to just place it inside an envelope and send it as a letter, costs €5 (priority), the plastic jewel case might get a little cracked, or maybe not at all, but it will protect the CD and paper inserts inside anyway, but please ask first, depending on your location or % I may require that you pay for recorded mail instead
