Now 16 was released in November 1989, and was the first not to include any number ones. The CD release included 3 tracks not on the vinyl or cassette.

6. Curiosity Killed the Cat - Name and Number: Great chorus.
7. The Beautiful South - You Keep It All In: Great flute.
8. Wet Wet Wet - Sweet Surrender: Another great song from the Wets.
9. Queen - Breakthru: Great track, though should have been on Now 15, as it was a hit in July.
10. Tina Turner - The Best: Classic track from the late Tina.
11. Transvision Vamp - Born to Be Sold: Great riff.
12. Wendy and Lisa - Waterfall '89: Great track.
13. Kate Bush - The Sensual World: Great song not included on the 2023 CD.
14. Fine Young Cannibals: I'm Not the Man I Used to Be: Great track, only on the CD release.
15. Then Jerico - Sugar Box: Great song.
16. Living in a Box - Room In Your Heart: Great track.
17. Richard Marx - Right Here Waiting: Pretty song.

2. Double Trouble and the Rebel MC - Street Tuff: Great rap track.
3. Bobby Brown - On Our Own: Great song from Ghostbusters II.
4. Technotronic featuring Felly - Pump Up the Jam: Great house track.
5. Lil' Louis - French Kiss: Great dance track, only on the CD, though not on the 2023 release.
6. Adeva - I Thank You: Great track.
7. D-Mob introducing Cathy Dennis - C'mon and Get My Love: Great dance track.
8. De La Soul - Eye Know: Great rap track.
9. Inner City - Whatcha Gonna Do With My Lovin': Great track.
10. Big Fun - Can't Shake the Feeling: Great sequencing following Inner City with a group that has the same name as one of their songs.
11. Cliff Richard - I Just Don't Have the Heart: Great song.
12. Jimmy Somerville featuring June Miles Kingston - Comment Te Dire Adieu: Great debut from the Bronski Beat and Communards singer.
13. Brother Beyond - Drive On: Another track only on the CD. Great song.
14. Shakespear's Sister - You're History: Great track from Siobhan Fahey's post Bananarama band.
15. Oh Well - Oh Well: Great cover of Fleetwood Mac.
16. Neneh Cherry - Kisses on the Wind: Great track.

I don't suppose anyone has just the covers for this for sale? For some reason I have Now 16.....in a now 17 case!
