Lee Hulko credit derived from the initials "LH" below the sᴛᴇʀʟɪɴɢ stamp in the deadwax.
Brown paper A&M company OIS w/A&M logo, and text:
As an anti-pollution measure, this inner sleeve is made of 100% recycled paper on one side and address for catalog of records and tapes on reverse.
Runouts are etched except for sᴛᴇʀʟɪɴɢ, A and B which are stamped.
Location and layout of unique runout 3 variants added to photos for easier identification.
