I the local radio back in the 90s spinning this record, both sides each friday night. This is a record like no other (well except the follow up by Zenith and maybe descent in spirit by Mechanism).
The genre itself is a incredible mix of hardtrance, industrial Hardcore, IDM. Zenith has been a genius. Any genre he touched he made iconic tracks. -
Most ppl will buy this for A1, but try to flip and throw B1 in the mix sometime, guaranteed to get the bums wiggling!
Starting of straight-to-your-face with the beat to get your attention the bass and faint trainbreak-screech give way to the somewhat chaotic strings taking over. Again accompanied by some (break)beats and then the 4/4 bass give an eerie magical atmosphere to the track. Like running through some haunted alien botanical garden.
stefanzmk really did a wonderful job remastering this release.
Full sound and really nice bass.
Don't sleep on this one, they're selling like hot cakes!
