Great to hear they are releasing a Delux Version this summer.

Finally got a copy! 13 year old me would be so happy and fortunately for me I got it at a Mckays for way cheaper than what people are reselling it for on here.

Record looks beautiful and in amazing condition. Cant wait to play it!

Just gorgeous. I don’t have the pops and crackles others have mentioned. Mine is clean and mostly quiet. Beautiful record by two people who apparently hate each other. 😆

Nice pressing. Flat, quiet, pretty noise free. Only thing is, and I hate when this happens to records, the label on side one is bubbling up. And yes, I've been collecting for 50 years and know how and where to store my records. Otherwise a really beautiful pressing.

One of my favorite records I own. I love this band and the record sounds clean and overall good. The downside is their production wasn’t great so it doesn’t really matter what format you listen to, it’s not going to be the best listening experience.

My copy has hardly any surface noise and overall sounds great. The only issue I ran into was that the first track skips 4 times on a lower quality turntable. When I upgraded my turntable to something where tracking force can be adjusted an a higher quality needle then the skips went away completely.

One of my all time favourites.
                A must have on vinyl.

Great album, but noisy pressing. Lots of crackles/pops throughout both sides.

Do yourself a favour and listen to this album. Soulful lyrics, with beautifully layered instrumental accompaniments and harmonies. Best served with dim lights and a glass of red.

Brilliant album of parred down Americana. Mostly strong, original writing and performance. Violet Hour is the only weak track - also Forget Me Not is a bit too C&W pop for my taste. So 4/5 only

Having only heard them live and on live recordings (Eddie's Attic) as twosome I wasn't sure what they'd be like in the studio with more instrumentation. Never fear, its still good.

Update 23 March. After longing listening this album is a little light weight, some of the songs are "samey"
