When I purchased this LP back in '98 I picked up a Washing Machine tee at the same time. It was a good day for ol' Acidtabloid that's for sure. As irony goes my XL Washing 'chine tee was eatin' up by the basement cycle appliance weeks later. No joke. Fortunately my LP is still kicking around today, and with it some of Moore's more brilliant movements, in fact, most of Sonic Youth's entire core's best moments.
Essential listening: Clearly it's the title track, and the now more famous than ever before "The Diamond Sea". The Television of SY closers.
